SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- All the products will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
- We charge a flat shipping rate of AED 10.
- For cash on delivery orders, our customer service team will call the customer for verification.
- Due to the current situation, if there is any delay in delivery of products, customers will be notified.

We will only accept a return if you have received:
a)An incorrect product(if the product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags).
b)A damaged/defective product which is not in working condition.
c)If you have changed your mind or placed a wrong order. (The product should be in its original packaging and is not damaged or tampered in any condition).
You have 15 days to avail return policy after your order has been delivered.
If you cancel your order, or return a product due to a manufacturing defect, amounts debited by us to your credit/debit card will be refunded in full. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. The processing of refund due will be done to you as soon as possible.
SERVICE AND WARRANTY
- After 15 days of the return policy, all warranty and service claims need to be addressed to the authorized service centre of the respective brand.
- Kitchen Souq will only be the facilitator, and primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand.
- In case the product is defective or requires repair, the customer has to register the complaint with the respective authorised service provider as per the information provided in the user book.
- It is the sole responsibility of the customer to deliver the damaged product to the service centres for repair.
